Note:

All approved refunds shall be charged a $15.00 service fee. No refunds shall be approved and/or authorized if requested on the first day the program begins or any day thereafter, unless exigent circumstances exist. Exigent circumstances shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and shall be decided at the sole discretion of the city manager or his designee.
